Building Minas Tirith

Hello everyone :D
I'm a huge Lord of the Rings fan and I have always wanted to build something related to it in cubeville. So today I am unveiling my plans to build the city of Minas Tirith and to put it simply this is not a small project. The dimensions I have planned to build it in is 1/2 of the city's actual size.

This is where im planning on building it but I am not 100% sure on the location yet.
Dimensions (may change):
Outer wall diameter of 150 blocks
Each layer will be approximately 15 blocks high (there are 7 layers)
Approximate height of 130+ blocks (from base to top)

This is what the city looks like ^^^^^^^^
Though the city is supposed to be all white we will build it out of mainly stone bricks, this is because it would be incredibly expensive to build it out of quartz and im too poor for that xD. Im hoping for this to become a village or town, but I may end up making it as a landmark instead, so it depends how the dice roll.
Since this build is so big I will need some help, if anyone wants to help build please feel free to message me via forums, discord or in game. Also all donations will greatly appreciated :D we need mainly stone, cobblestone and stone bricks. Please keep in mind I will not be paying people who help, it is volunteer work, though I am willing to give away some houses in the city to people who help or large donators (this would include access to all amenities).
