This is a feature on other servers and I think it would be useful here. The idea is that if you right click with an iron shovel in a region, it will show the corners of a region and you will be able to see where the region ends. I think this would be a useful idea.

There's actually a mod that does this; it's called WorldEditCUI. Here's the page to download for Forge.
https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc ... -edition-2
Edit: Actually I don't know if this is what you are meaning exactly. The mod here just shows the border of a region you select with //wand. You are wanting it to show any region you are inside

There is always a feather or /rg i. That lets you know the block borders in cords. But yeah, what Eur says is only a marked region. I don't know of any that do what you're saying. So can't help there.
Only problem would be if you're in the middle of a town. Even seeing the border lines would be hard then if it's 200 blocks away.
But is a good idea to have, I like it.

You can use the World Edit CUI as Eureka posted to see region borders of any region. For already existent regions you cannot do this with a wand, as Eureka pointed out, but you can select it with a command. You will want to use a feather or /rg i whilst in the region to see the region name, then use /rg select NameOfRegionHere to select it. WE CUI will then be able to show you the region borders.
