CV7 Location Index

The CV7 location index can be found here:

It contains a list of all Villages, Towns, Cities, Landmarks and Arenas on Map 7.

Would there be a way to export all the shop locations and owners from the server as a json/csv file? I've been trying to keep my VoxelMap waypoints up to date, but it's time consuming and makes a mess of the map when I have 40 some odd shops just in CVC. I'd just want to know the region coords and owner, but any other information would also be welcome.
