[Guide] How to fix the "Cannot send chat message" problem

Do you get this message when you try to chat or talk to NPCs?



This means that your chat is disabled in your minecraft client. You can fix this by pressing the Esc-Key to get into the menu, then click on "Options...", then in the next menu on "Chat Settings...", and there should be a button at the left top saying "Chat: Commands only". Click on the button repeatedly until it says "Chat: Shown" and the message should not appear anymore.
